Welcome to Life Fit and Well website! If you have come here you may be ready for a change, a change of life, situation, or attitude about your health. Here we can give you a new opportunity to find a new you, a healthier you, or perhaps it's the you that you’ve lost.
Here we will teach you how to properly fuel your body with real whole nutritious and very delicious, easy recipes that will fill you up because we count macros not calories and we will teach how to figure that out.
We can teach you function training techniques so that you can get those groceries out of the trunk of your car, or carry that box of items upstairs and so that you can get down on the floor and play with your kids/grandkids or that that Well loved furry friend for a walk around the neighborhood. But we will also show you how to train for that obstacle race or marathon/half marathon/10 k/ 5 k, whatever your dream is.
We give you sound medical advice from medical staff that have verified that this is safe and sensible information with our three different programs that we list below.
This is not a quick fix this is a journey that we already made and continue to make every single day and we will be here to give you motivation and show you how to keep moving.
Our programs were developed out of the need and frustration of the current health and fitness model. Healthy Living was developed for everyone from the extreme obese to the person wanting to improve their health and lose a couple of pounds. When metabolic issues become a factor and medical intervention may be needed we have a Pre and Post-Op program to walk with you in your journey, listed below you will find more information about each program.

With our online training, you have access to our meals, fitness training, and informative teaching tools to help you to properly manage the correct number of macronutrients to fuel your body. We will be live streaming to reach you, where you are. You will also be able to reach us to ask us questions directly, via Facebook, Twitter, weekly live streams with Q&A, forums and more. We want to be here for you, to get those questions you may have answered and help you succeed on your individual journey.

WHEN TO CONTACT YOUR PHYSICIAN
You should contact a physician if you experience any symptoms of weakness, unsteadiness, lightheadedness or dizziness, chest pain or pressure, nausea, or shortness of breath. Mild soreness after exercise may be experienced after beginning a new exercise. Contact your physician if the soreness does not improve after 2-3 days.
